Endseal loader & unloader

This is a M/C to reload at JIG cassette, which use at the Endseal process, as extract the cell loaded at process cassette which is supplied from TFT LCD FILLING Process one piece by one piece.
Moreover, Robot of three orthogonal axes operates the motion of unloading and loading between process cassette and JIG cassette. It also operates supplyment and extracting of Jig cassette and Process cassette by worker.
