T-floor tig welding M/C

This is a M/C to product the Base of a refrigeration container and T-floor is designed as 8-TORCH to weld at the same time.
It is composed of three processes like tack assembly, real welding and so on.
The transfer among process is done through chain conveyor. Also, it has eight TIG welding machines. The machines of gantry type are transferred on the rail.
With attaching the SEM Auto Tracking equipment, TORCH results in improvement of welding quality.
Besides, due to installing TORCH of water cooling type it improved of quality and productivity.
